Lu 11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
Knowledge is the key. It is the key to salvation. It is the key to repentance and faith. No man changes his mind about anything apart from knowledge gained. No man believes or is persuaded of anything that does not involve knowledge.
Knowledge always precedes faith and repentance. Knowledge precedes change of any kind. If we grow in faith we grow in knowledge or we may say it just the opposite. If we grow in true knowledge we will grow in faith.
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. And you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
The new man is renewed in knowledge.
Knowledge is the key to assurance of salvation. The more understanding we have of the Christian faith the more assurance we may have of our acceptance by God.
Knowledge is the key to the will of God. How may we live to the will of God apart from knowledge of the will of God.
Knowledge is the key to revival. Apart from knowledge of sin, and our true state before God how shall we turn and seek restoration. Every reformation, revival or awakening is tied to an awakening to some truth that has been lost and is rediscovered.
Knowledge is the key and the key to knowledge is the Bible!
